Civic Hearts Project F.O.R.C.E. Team believes that education and prevention are the most powerful weapons to combat HIV/AIDS. Project F.O.R.C.E (Focusing on Reducing Crisis through Education) targets non-traditional communities in Houston/Harris using a highly equipped mobile testing van.
