The HIV program, commonly referred to as Project F.O.R.C.E. (Focusing on Reducing Crisis through Education) targets communities in Harris County using a highly equipped mobile testing van. Civic Heart Community Services offers free confidential HIV testing in person by appointment or via an At-Home HIV test. Civic Heart also offers information and navigation for COVID-19 and Monkey pox (MPX) vaccination.

Project F.O.R.C.E uses high impact prevention strategies to eradicate new HIV cases, locate HIV positive individuals unaware of their HIV status, and link HIV positive individuals out of care to HIV medical care in the greater Houston Area.
